The petitioner challenges notice dated 29.01.2013 as illegal and unconstitutional.

Learned counsel for petitioner, with the material on record, is unable to satisfy the Court muchless for granting general relief. The averments in the affidavit, if are taken note of and the petitioner is served an order, the petitioner can certainly work out remedies against such order or proceeding.

By granting liberty, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
