K. Parameswara v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh
HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH PRESENT THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.971 of 2009 DATED: 12.07.2016 Between:
K. Parameswara ... Appellant and The Government of Andhra Pradesh and others ... Respondents
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.971 OF 2009 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for appellant.
Heard learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr. I. Venkata Prasad, learned counsel for respondent No.4. This Writ Appeal is arising from the order, dated 28.04.2009 passed in a batch of Writ Petitions bearing W.P.No.4863 of 2009 and batch whereby the Writ Petitions came to be dismissed.
In the Writ Petition, no confidence motion against the writ petitioner was questioned. From bare perusal of the prayer in the Writ Petition and considering that interim relief was refused by this Court vide order, dated 10.08.2009, in our opinion, nothing further survives in the Writ Appeal.
Hence, Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
