HACJ & Dr.SA, J W.P.No.12359 of 2019 Dt: 21-06-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This writ petition is filed for issue of a Habeas Corpus for production of the petitioner's minor son, Mohan Skanda, and minor daughter, Karthika, before the Court.

Mr. Ch. Venkat Raman, the learned for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition. Liberty, as sought for, is granted. The writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
