2 . Permission is accorded. Accordingly, both these petitions are allowed. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn insofar as it relates to petitioner Nos.82 and 53, respectively, are concerned.

3. Interim order granted by this Court on 15.07.2015 is vacated insofar as it relates to petitioner Nos.82 and 53, respectively, are concerned.. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in respect of the said petitioners. No order as to costs.
