This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya NagzLrik Suraksha Sanhita' 2023 (for short 'BNSSJ for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, u'ho arc arrayed as accused Nos'1 and 2 in Crime No. 1 16 of 2026 of Mangalhat Police station' Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308(2), 329(4\, 126(2\,351(2)' r/w 3(5) of the BNS and Sections 3, 10, 13 of the TSTAMLA'

Heard Sri C. Sharan Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as Sri M. Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State 3.
Without going into the merits of the case, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioners are less than seven (07) years, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners to. appear before the Investigating Ofhcer on or before 04.05.2026 between 11:00 a.m. and 05:OO p.m. and in turn, the Investigating Offrcer is directed to follow the procedure laid down under Section 35 (3) of BNSS (previously Section 4l-A of Cr.P.C.) and also the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arzresh Kumar a. State oJ Bihart scrupulously. However, .the petitioners shall submit their defence and co-operate with the Investigating Officer as ard when required by furnishing information and produce all relevant documents/ material required for the purpose of the investigation and the Investigating Officer shall consider '1zorc;e scc zz:
