It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order of this Court dated 13-03-2011 in W.P.No.11107 of 2009 and Batch and the same was also followed in another order of this Court dated 12-02-2015 in W.P.No.2711 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries Company Limited.

Following the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 13-03-2011 in W.P.No.11107 of 2009 and Batch and W.P.No.2711 of 2015.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
