Rudra Manjula v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2778 of 2015 ORDER:
Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:
A perusal of the charge sheet allegations would show a prima facie accusation against the accused and as such, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. Hence, the petitioners have to face the trial. The petitioners are at liberty to put forth all the defences that are legally available to them before the trial Court. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners and also considering the age of the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2, the appearance of petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in C.C.No.552 of 2014 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jagtial, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.
With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 07-04-2015 eha THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO
