THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.10313 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India complaining against non-consideration of the representation, dated 06.02.2018, of the petitioner, by respondents 2 and 3 and non-registration of the crime pursuant to the said representation against respondents 4 to 6, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principles of natural justice.

There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

However, learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.), on written instructions, which are placed on record, would submit that the petitioner submitted a complaint, dated 06.02.2018, by registered post to the second respondent - Superintendent of Police (Rural), Guntur, and the same was forwarded to the third respondent - Station House Officer, Vinukonda Police Station, Vinukonda, Guntur District, and that on receiving the same, the said respondent has registered a case in Crime No.120 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 379 read with 34 I.P.C., and has taken up investigation.

Recording the submissions, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
