The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to direct the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada, to dispose of O.P.No.194 of 2012.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the said O.P. was disposed of on 17.03.2017.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
