HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1500 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 16.02.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.5423 of 2017, wherein this Court directed the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2017, seeking regularisation of the subject land in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assignment) Department dated 30.12.2014.

When the matter is listed on 08.03.2018 learned Assistant Government Pleader reported that the order of this Court has been complied with. But, learned counsel for the petitioner took time for getting instructions. Today, when the matter is listed learned Government Pleader for Revenue produced proceedings vide Rc.No.F/330/2018, dated 26.02.2018 stating that petitioners' application has been considered and rejected. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, since the respondents issued proceedings dated 26.02.2018 in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 12.03.2018 t k.
