THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.17007 of 2009 ORDER:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the proceedings, dated 12.07.2009, issued by the first respondent - Commissioner of Endowments, Hyderabad.

It may be noted that the first respondent issued the impugned proceedings calling for applications from the interested persons for being appointed as Trustees for Sri Rangasudha Firka Bhagvan Das Vitobha Swamy Devasthanam, Pamidi Village. It may also be noted that term of the Board of Trustees would be only two years. In view of the same, as on date, the cause does not survive for consideration in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
