This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 07.4.2016 passed in E.P. No.183 of 2015 in O.S. No.2275 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the executing Court disposed of the E.P., on 19.9.2017. No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 10.10.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the revision. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
