Though the writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in reserving the Sunkenapally Gram Panchayat of Chityal Mandal, Nalgonda District as BC(General) consecutively second time, learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the term of office, for which the elections were notified, is already over, and subsequently, fresh elections have also been conducted, and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration anymore, and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
