THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36753 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 7. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the respondents in not passing orders on the representations made either by the Petitioner or her siblings or mother on 1.9.2014, 21.10.2014, 20.11.2014 and 22.11.2014 to protect their property situated in Sy.No.328 to an extent of Ac.14.28 gts. including the house bearing No.4-11-54 situated in Attapur, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R.district and other properties from the land grabbers as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(3), 21, 38(1) and 300-A of the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction to the respondents to take action on the petitioner's representations and also take stern action on the land grabbers by registering FIR against them and give protection to their lives and property and pass such other or further orders as are deemed fit and proper." 3.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.1177 of 2014 was registered on 03.12.2014 on the file of the Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Taking the above said submission into consideration, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
