THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1856 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 17.03.2016 in I.A.No.227 of 2016 in O.S.No.327 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.327 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible without being influenced by the findings recorded in I.A.No.227 of 2016. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
