THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.14299 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.192 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sadashivapet Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 188, 323, 307, 379 and 120(B) IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the second respondent are present. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet referring the case as lack of evidence. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
