HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3684 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 08.06.2015, passed in I.A.No.153 of 2015 in R.C.C.No.84 of 2012 on the file of Rent Controller - cum - IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main R.C.C. itself was allowed on 13.11.2015, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 21.08.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
