HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4702 of 2016 ORDER:

It is practically early disposal of the 2 suits and so far as C.R.P.No.5223 of 2016 is concerned, it is opposing the permission of the cross examination of the proposed witness, one of the attestors to the alleged Exs.B7 and B15-Gift, as DW.5 since allowed is impugning and the record shows twice the matter already at the fagend for submitting citations or hearing of the arguments and it is pursuant to the decision to allow the revision or not depends to the disposal of the suit, thereby to consider the directions for early disposal, if any, in disposal of the revision in C.R.P.No.5223 of 2016.

Accordingly and in the result, this revision petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
