Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the revision petitions does not survive for adjudication as the suit itself has been disposed of by the trial Court. Recording the said submission, the revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
