CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.39050, 39052 and 39059 of 2016 17.11.2016 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These three writ petitions are filed assailing non-bailable warrants (N.B.Ws.) issued by respondent No.2 to the petitioner at the instance of respondent No.3 respectively in Penalty Petitions filed under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Since respondent No.2 has the power and jurisdiction to recall N.B.Ws., if proper explanation is offered by the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain these writ petitions for adjudication on merits.

In view of the disinclination shown by this Court, Mr.K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for liberty to his client to approach respondent No.2 seeking recall of N.B.Ws. 4.

The above request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is, accordingly, accepted. If the petitioner files petitions for recalling of N.B.Ws., respondent No.2 shall consider and dispose of the same before proceeding further.

Subject to the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. 6.

As a sequel to disposal of these writ petitions, W.P.M.P.Nos.48124, 48128 and 48134 of 2016 in W.P.Nos.39050, 39052 and 39059 of 2016 respectively filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
