THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3881 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 341 of 2012 on the file of Nacharam Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that after completing the investigation, the police have filed a final report disclosing that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are false.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
