This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering FIR/crime as per the complaint of the petitioner dt.27.04.2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that FIR No.934/2019 is registered basing on the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since FIR is registered no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
