HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No. 10774 of 2009 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the auction notice dated 19.05.2009 issued by the 3rd respondent in so far as Ac.1.13 cents situated in D.No.467 of Erukalapudi village, Tenali Mandal, Guntur District as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri M.V.S.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned auction notice was issued for auctioning the subject land for a period of three years and the said period has expired by efflux of time and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.09.2015.
