This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 2 in imposing condition No.

101172/P4/Plg/HMDA/2013 dated 03-12-2013 insisting for submissions of "Clearance Certificate" from respondent No. 3 as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-agricultural Purposes) Act 2006 read with the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Lands (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Rules, 2006 notified under G.O.Ms.No.1537 MA dated 19.10.2006, for release of building permission in respect of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.4-20 gts in Sy.No.82 situated at Bahadurpally village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter came up for hearing, both learned counsel agreed that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by common judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos. 702 of 2010 and batch dated 28-08-2015.

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the common judgment dated 28-08-2015 in W.A.Nos.702 of 2010 and batch. No costs.
