This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.173 of 2015 on the file of P.S. Cyber Crime, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 417, 419, 420, 468 IPC and Section 66 (C & D) of IT Act.

Heard Sri Farhath Ather Sultana, learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 15.12.2016 and awaited for C.C. number by the Hon'ble XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyderabad, and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR No.173 of 2015 on the file of P.S. Cyber Crime, Cyberabad, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
