A letter, dated 06.09.2018, is filed seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition while saying that the authorities have promised to consider the request of the petitioner in the event of withdrawing the Writ Petition. Liberty is also sought for in the said letter that in the event of any necessity, the petitioner may be permitted to approach this Court.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to approach this Court if the circumstances so warrant.
