This writ petition is filed by aggrieved by inaction of respondent No. 4 in neither registering the crime nor arresting the accused in pursuant to the complaint dated 07-06-2019. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the petitioner has not produced necessary documents as asked by the respondent-police.

When the matter is listed on 01-07-2019, none appeared for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit necessary documents as required by respondent-police. On such submission, respondentpolice are directed to take action in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
