Both Sri Dwarakanath, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Dantu Srinivas and Sri Suribabu, Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes would agree that the subject matter of these four appeals is covered by the order passed by this court in Special Appeal Nos.49 to 73 of 2003 dated 22-7-2015.
