THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.294 of 2014 ORDER:

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to withdraw CC No.34 of 2014 pending on the file of IV Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and transfer the same to the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, Telangana State.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. No stay was granted by this Court earlier. Admittedly, the case pertains to the year 2014. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner at this length of time.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J February 16, 2016.
