P. Lakshmamma v. The State Of Telangana Rep. By Is Principal Secretary,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION NO.911 OF 2017
O R D E R
(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 14.03.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.321 of 2014 filed by her. By the said order, the Tribunal directed the State of Telangana to pass appropriate orders on the letter dated 25.02.2008 of the Commissioner, Collegiate Education, State of Telangana, and consider regularization of the services of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Sri Sai Krishna, learned counsel representing the learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana), fairly states that no writ petition has been filed by the authorities assailing the aforestated order.
That being so, it is not open to the authorities to ignore the order passed by the Tribunal in terms of the commitment and undertaking given by the learned Advocate General before a Division Bench of this Court on 30.09.2016 in W.P.No.31905 of 2016. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to abide by and implement the order dated 14.03.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.321 of 2014. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _____________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J _____________________ ANIS, J 15th FEBRUARY, 2017 PGS
