THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT Contempt Case No.700 of 2002 ORDER :

Admittedly, the Contempt Case is directed against the interim order dated 15-03-2002 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.27784 of 2001 in W.P.No.22066 of 2001. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the Writ Petition was disposed of on 08-12-2008. Having regard to the final adjudication, nothing survives in the Contempt, which is filed against the interim order.

The Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand disposed of.
