When the matter is called, it is represented by the petitioner's counsel and the learned Government Pleader for respondents 2 to 4 that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.2444 of 2010 dated 01.06.2015 and a copy of the same is also placed on record.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office shall annex a copy of the said order to this order.
