HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7404 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to first respondent to permit petitioner to shift his residence from Visakhapatnam to Guntur. This Court granted interim order on 30-04-2003 permitting petitioner to shift his family to a place of his choice on condition that petitioner shall be available himself for enquiry proceedings and that he shall not be entitled for T.A and D.A for his attendance on the date of enquiry.

It is represented that in view of interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
