HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.9869 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8792 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of P.R.C.No.21 of 2014 on the file of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, which is outcome of crime No.924 of 2013 of Kancharapalem Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 420 & 307 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.9869 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
