The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 05.12.2014 signed by all the parties as well as the counsel for the parties. Hence, the Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 05.12.2014. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
