HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.14647 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner to declare the action of the respondents in threatening to demolish the building on plot No.1/ 1, in premises No.1213-5, Tanaka X Road, Secunderabad, without following due process, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard and perused the material available on record. On 09.06.2011 this Court passed the following order in WP MP No.17624 of 2011:

" Pending further orders, there shall not be any demolition of the structures in question without following due process of law." When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents informed that the respondents will follow due process of law in case of any demolition of the property of the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of by making absolute the interim order passed by this Court on 09.06.2011 in WP MP No.17624 of 2011.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
