Heard the Counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred a Revision before the 2nd respondent challenging the orders of 4th respondent dt.30.06.2015 and had also filed an application seeking stay of the said order, and the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the stay application and the Revision even though the same have been pending since the date of their filing on 14.08.2015. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the stay application in the Revision filed by petitioner within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and will also dispose of the Revision within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the stay application in the Revision No.C1/351/2015 filed on 14.08.2015 by petitioner against the order dt.30.06.2015 of 4th respondent within a period of two (02)

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and he shall also decide the Revision within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
