The grievance of the petitioners is that the Tahsildar, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, is not rectifying the entries in the e-pattadar pass books issued to them in relation to their land holdings in Survey Nos.357, 359 and 368 of Aushapur Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioners were issued regular pattadar pass books under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and were thereafter issued the e-pattadar pass books in terms of the Government's present policy. However, perusal of the e-pattadar pass books reflects that certain land holdings which were included in the earlier pass books have now been excluded. The petitioners' representation dated 10.06.2019 in this regard is still pending consideration before the Tahsildar, Ghatkesar Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioners' representation dated 10.06.2019 keeping in mind the entries in the earlier pattadar pass books issued to them. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
