THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40049 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in withholding the title deeds and not permitting the petitioner to operate locker No.12.

Learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that a comprehensive suit in O.S.No.455 of 2012 was filed on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, wherein the petitioners were arrayed as defendants. It is also submitted that the fourth respondent filed suit in O.S.No.78 of 2017 before the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, challenging the decree obtained by the petitioners in O.S.No.119 of 2012 and the same is pending.

In view of the pendency of the civil disputes, no relief can be granted in this writ petition and the third respondent is bound by the orders passed by the competent civil Courts.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
