Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies as available under law' Permission as sought for is accorded Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for' However, it is made clear that on the same set of cause of action, the petitioner is not entitled to file any writ petition in future before this Court. No costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
