THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.3547 and 5096 of 2012 COMMON ORDER:

As there was no representation for the writ petitioners on 16.11.2015, the matters were directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

When both these writ petitions came up for hearing on 03.12.2015, this Court had passed the following order:

'The learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that inspite of communication sent to one of the writ petitioners, none of the petitioners responded and, therefore, he reports no instructions.

Therefore, the Registry is directed to issue notices to the writ petitioners returnable in two (02) weeks. List after two (02) weeks by printing the names of the writ petitioners.'

The note of the Registry indicates that the petitioner no.2 had died and that the notice sent to the 4th respondent returned with an endorsement 'unclaimed'.

Despite listing the matters today under the caption 'For Dismissal', by printing the names of the petitioners in the cause list, neither the petitioners are present nor there is any representation on their behalf by any other counsel. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petitions.

Therefore, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for default. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
