This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not mutating the names of the petitioners and not issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour by reverting back the lands admeasuring Ac.1-95 cents in Survey No.104, Ac.1-00 in Survey No.110, Ac.1-93 cents in Survey No.111, Ac.2-18 cents in Survey No.112, Ac.2-15 cents in Survey No.113, Ac.2-25 cents in Survey No.135 and Ac.2-08 cents in Survey No.144, situated at Devara Yamjal village, Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, pursuant to the orders of the 2nd respondent in CC No.M/1963/75, dated 03.08.2004, as illegal and contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973 and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to mutate the names of the petitioners and issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour in respect of the above mentioned lands.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have made a representation to the 3rd respondent in the month of August, 2004 requesting to implement the orders of the 2nd respondent, but the said representation is not yet considered and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
