HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.231 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.1636 of 2010 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.116 of 2010 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, which is outcome of crime No.144 of 2009 of Mahankali Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.231 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
