CONTEMPT CASE No.2279 of 2014 ORDER:

By way of interim order dated 23.04.2014 in W.P.No.2671 of 2014, this Court directed the Joint Sub-Registrar, Tadikonda, Guntur District to receive and process the deed of conveyance concerning the property to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.376/1 of Lam Village. This Contempt Case is filed alleging that in spite of direction of this Court, the Joint Register has not received the documents and processed the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that document was received and refusal order was passed on 25.03.2015 and circulated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
