THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16422 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in issuing Memo dt.08.04.2016 and the consequential memo dt.08.05.2016 constituting inspection teams consisting of officials who are incompetent to inspect, contrary to the orders of this Court in WP.MP.No.18852 of 2016 in WP.No.15198 of 2016, dt.29.04.2016 and to quash the same.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 19.05.2016 passed interim order in WP.MP.No.20280 of 2016 following the earlier order passed by this Court in similar writ petition i.e. W.P.M.P.No.18852 of 2016 in WP.No.15198 of 2016 dt.29.04.2016 which reads as follows; "Following the order of this Court in W.P.No.15198 of 2016, it is orderd as under:

The inspections proposed to be carried out by the State pursuant to the impugned memo dt.08.05.2016 shall be through the officials of the Education Department along with the Vigilance and Enforcement Department. However, the State shall ensure that police presence is kept to a bare minimum. At this stage, learned Additional Advocate General fairly states that for each college, the inspection team would comprise one Sub-Inspector and Two Constables.

The inspections proposed shall be in relation to the records pertaining to the last academic year and for the coming academic year."

Though, this court passed interim order on 19.05.2016, till today no counter is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no further orders are required in this writ petition and the writ petition can be closed. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court in case of any further grievance. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
