When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Bobba Vijayalakshmi, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submit that with respect to another employee a connected Writ Petition No.4218 of 2016 has been disposed of by this Court by an order dated 10.02.2016 and a similar order may also be passed in this writ petition.

In the light of the categorical submission of both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 10.02.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.4218 of 2016. No order as to costs. A copy of the order dated 10.02.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.4218 of 2016, may be tagged to this Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
