Since the petitioner herein has already filed C.C.No.1937 of 2016 alleging disobedience of the same order as in the present Contempt Case, this Contempt Case is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue C.C.No.1937 of 2016. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
