Since 04.04.2022, the matter was adjourned on four occasions at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. On 04.04.2022, it was reported by the learned counsel for the appellant that, the sole appellant was no more. Therefore, the matter was adjourned for taking steps to bring the LRs of the sole appellant on record, but, no steps are taken till date.

3. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
