HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 4105 OF 2011 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the construction made by the petitioner in plot No.43 in Sy.No.400, situated at Dummaiguda, H/o. Nagaram, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The only grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the respondents are interfering with the construction of the petitioner without giving any notice to him though he obtained all the necessary permissions for construction of the house.

The Government Pleader for Revenue, who took time, placed on record the proceedings issued against the petitioner under Land Grabbing Act. Be that as it may, the respondents herein are directed not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the house constructed in plot No. 43 in Sy.No.400, situated at Dummaiguda, H/o. Nagaram, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following the due process of law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
