According to the petitioner, the lands in Sy.No.73-1 to an extent of Ac.0.20 cents, Sy.No.468 to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents, Sy.No.100 to an extent of Ac.2.58 cents, Sy.No.73-2 to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents, Sy.No.77-1 to an extent of Ac.2.50 cents, Sy.No.86 to an extent of Ac.2.60 cents, Sy.No.77-2 to an extent of Ac.2.50 cents, Sy.No.85 to an extent of Ac.7.00 cents, Sy.No.76 to an extent of Ac.2.50 cents, Sy.No.90 to an extent of Ac.2.50 cents, Sy.No.388 to an extent of Ac.3.20 cents, Sy.No.88 to an extent of Ac.5.00, Sy.No.76 to an extent of Ac.1.20 cents, Sy.No.75 to an extent of Ac.0.44 cents, Sy.No.73, to an extent of Ac.7.50 cents, Sy.No.78, to an extent of Ac.13.22 cents, Sy.No.79 to an extent of Ac.11.11 cents, Sy.No.73-2 to an extent of Ac.6.00 cents, Sy.No.100 to an extent of Ac.10.00 cents, Sy.No.101 to an extent of Ac.12.
00 cents and Sy.No.73-1 to an extent of Ac.4.31 cents, of Vankamaddi Village, Nambulapulakunta Mandal, Anantapuramu District, belongs to his ancestral property. During the life time of the father of the petitioner, his father executed Will in his favour vide document dated 11.08.2014 and he was issued pattadar pass books and title deeds. His father died on 06.01.2018. After the demise of his father, petitioner applied in Form-VI-A to mutate his name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds. The said application was received in Mee-seva centre on 19.02.2018. But so far no order communicating mutation of his name is furnished. Hence, this writ petition.

It is seen from the material on record that petitioner claimed to have submitted application for mutation. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar, Nambulapulakunta Mandal, Anantapuramu District, shall dispose of the application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
